What is a virtual office?

THRIVE’s virtual office service is an alternative way of obtaining a business address without renting a physical space. This is an affordable option for entrepreneurs who are just starting out and small businesses that have remote or home-based operations. We offer 3 different packages: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

What virtual office plans do THRIVE offer?

We offer the following plans:

• Bronze Plan (as low as ₱2,000/month)
• Silver Plan (as low as ₱2,500/month)
• Gold Plan (as low as ₱3,750/month)

Can you help me register my new company?

Yes, definitely. We provide end-to-end business registration & incorporation. Please check our business setup options.

Does Thrive Spaces have a location outside Cainta, Rizal?

For now, our only location is only in Cainta, Rizal. Office address is at 2nd Floor, 40 Felix Avenue, San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal 1900.

What documents will be provided by Thrive Spaces?

We will provide the following documents needed for your business registration: contract of lease, occupancy permit, pest control certificate, microbiological water analysis, and other documents related to business compliance.

Can I use the Thrive Spaces address for my business registration?

Yes you can! You can also use the preferred address for your business cards and company website.

How do I avail of Virtual Office plans?

To register with Thrive Spaces, simply select a plan, pay the package and provide the answers to the form we will send to you via email. Once the form is completely filled out, send these back together with a copy of a valid ID of the account holder. We will send you your copy of the Virtual Office Agreement to sign and from there, you’ll be a member of the Thrive Spaces community!

How long is the minimum duration of the contract?

A 1 year contract is required.

What does THRIVE Spaces offer vs other virtual office providers in PH?

THRIVE provides affordable plans and has one of the lowest priced virtual offices in the country. We provide a turnaround of as fast as 1-day processing time (assuming all your requirements are complete) with digital signing options. Apart from providing virtual offices and shared spaces, we are also your one partner for accounting and other corporate compliance services.

I’m interested in availing a virtual office plan from THRIVE. What are the requirements I need to submit?

• Accomplished Client Information Sheet (to be provided by Loft)
• Company profile with signatories

My business name is still being processed in DTI / SEC. Can I still get your virtual office?

Yes, you can still apply. We will place your temporary business name in the contract, then amend the contract once it has been processed with DTI or SEC.

Do you accept overseas businesses who need a virtual address in the Philippines?

Yes, we accept overseas clients and foreign companies who wish to establish a business presence in the country.

How long does it take if I want to avail a virtual office?

If you submitted all the required documents, processing time could be as short as one business day.

I’m thinking of getting a virtual office plan but unsure where to start with business registration.

Simply contact us or check your options for business registration that’s suitable for your company. Pricing depends on the type of company you want to register, whether Sole Proprietorship, One Person Corporation or Regular Corporation.

Are mail and call handling included in my virtual office plan?

Yes, mail and call handling are included in both of our Virtual Office packages. We receive your parcels and calls on your behalf, and notify you through text, call, or email on when you can pick up your package.

If I avail a virtual office, is it possible for me to have access to the physical space from time to time?

Yes, you can have access to the physical space when you get the Silver or Gold plans.

You may use the included amenities and avail your free coworking or meeting room hours. Once the free hours are consumed, you may book additional hours at regular rates. If you’re planning to visit or meet a client at THRIVE Spaces, it’s always best to book your visit in advance.

Can I book a meeting room at any time?

Feel free to approach our THRIVE Spaces manager on duty to show you our available spaces for that day. You may also make an online booking at our website.

I might need my parcels and/or mails delivered to my home address. Do you also have mail and call forwarding?

At present, we offer mail forwarding only upon the request of the client. Shipping costs shall be at the expense of the client. As for calls, we can only take messages from callers and then relay them to you via text or email.

Aside from paying annually, what are the payment options for my virtual office plans?

Our virtual office rates are among the lowest in the country. You can pay for your plans upfront then sign the service agreement:

Will I also get access to other THRIVE Spaces services if I have a virtual office?

Yes, we offer credits for everyone who avails a Virtual Office plans (depending on your chosen plan):

• Complimentary coworking space access
• Meeting room credits
• After the complimentary hours have been consumed, you still have the option to book additional hours, at regular rates.
